Wild Goose-8

5 Elements and Bagua Fists Qigong

Wild Goose-8 is a showcase of how martial arts movements are incorporated within soft Qigong forms to strengthen and nourish the body.

• It strengthens the spine, back and Governing Vessel

• It improves physical and mental strength and stamina

• It nourishes the internal organs

• It detoxifies the intestines and purifies the entire body

• It sharpens the sensory organs, enhancing vision, hearing, taste and smell

Practicing WG-8 is fun. Quick, powerful movements are learned for emitting Qi through the surface of the body. Soft, gentle movements are learned for training the returning and absorption of Qi.
